Booking enquiries

We use your name, email and event details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your booking. Sending an enquiry does not add you to the mailing list.

Email updates

We only add you to the list after you choose to subscribe and confirm your email. You can unsubscribe using the link in your confirmation email, or by emailing Ian. We keep your consent and subscription status so we can respect your choice.

Website services

Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores content and form submissions, and Resend delivers emails. Ian and approved website administrators can access submissions. We do not sell your details. Mixcloud players load content from Mixcloud, which handles information under its own privacy policy.

Keeping information

Website enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months. Unconfirmed subscriptions expire after 24 hours and are removed within 30 days. Email delivery records are removed after 30 days. Ian’s inbox may retain booking correspondence for the time needed to manage the enquiry or booking.

Your choices

You can ask Ian for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it. Editor sign-in uses essential session cookies; visitors do not need an account.
